Student work environment

Study environment means the physical, psychological and social circumstances that are of significance for the students' well-being and how they function in their study situation. The University of Gothenburg continuously works with preventing an unhealthy study environment.

The Head of department has main responsibility for the study and work environment and, in the first instance, you should contact your head of department if you have any problems or views about your study environment.

Equal treatment

We continuously strive to prevent discrimination and harassment and to promote a good study and work environment. Preventive measures include bringing about a change in attitudes and values in order to create an environment where everyone feels included and is able to enjoy personal development.
