Astrid Heidemann Lassen inspires senior managers and young talents
Astrid Heidemann Lassen, Guest Professor at the Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, at the School of Business, Economics and Law, University of Gothenburg, and Assistant Professor at Aalborg University, Denmark, was invited inspirational speaker at an event within the Novare Mentorship programme.
Novare Leadership Academy gathered some of the Gothenburg region’s senior managers and young talents to discuss innovation and digitalization. Astrid Heidemann Lassen gave an inspiring lecture and workshop on global trends in innovation, digitalization and new technology. The event continued with discussions and exchanges of experiences on how businesses, organizations and managers are adapting to digitalization and the challenges involved.
Novare Mentorship programme is run for the fourth time in Gothenburg, and is a one year mentorship- and networking programme.
