PhD studies

Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Management of Intellectual Capital is the study of innovation processes, their determinants and social and economic outcomes.

Research at IIE encompasses:

  • The actors in innovation processes
     
  • Innovations as systems and the role of networks and institutions
     
  • The role of knowledge and learning in innovation processes
     
  • Particular characteristics of innovations in time and space
     
  • The management of intellectual capital space, such as the role of clusters
     
  • Social and economic outcomes of innovation
     
  • The role of innovation policy


Our PhD programme aims to train competent and creative researchers in Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Management of intellectual capital. During the programme, PhD candidates pursue their own research projects supported by supervisors and other resources.
